I need to know if it is 6 or 10 gallon.
I can not look in the owners manual for the camper, I am the 4th or 5th owner and the manual is long gone.
I tried looking in the heater for the size, but all the info is ether burned from the hot metal, or faded in time. My camper is over 30 years old and the water heater needs to be replaced.
NOTE… scraping it is not an option. It is not a vacation camper, it is my home.
My pilot light keeps going out on my water heater and I was told it might be the couplet. So I need to call a plumber to fix but need to know about how much approximately to fix it? Does anyone know?
I am looking for any brand of an LP gas (propane) water heater. The problem is it must have a diameter of 18 1/2″ or less (preferabbly a little less) or it won’t fir into the designated space. Does anybody know of one and where I can purchase it. Thanks.
I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now, I’ve heard that gray water is one of the biggest wastes we commit and that the average joe can set a a simple system on his own. Any sugestions?
Our gas water heater has never given us problems, but tonight when we filled our bathtub, we ran out of hot water halfway through the filling. However, in 20 minutes the water started to get hot again and in an hour’s time, it was back to HOT. Is this normal? Why did we lose hot water when none of us were home to use any hot water during the day (other than our morning showers)?
I’m trying to make a simple electric water heater for school, but I can’t find good instructions on making one.
We had a branch take out the mast during the snow storm and the mast was bent. The power company cut our power due to the surge it caused. An electrician rewired up to the meter outside. A couple of weeks later we are having issues. The water heater quit working, we replaced it, but no power! Replacing the fuses, but one line of outlets in the kitchen seem to be weak or not working, too. It blew several appliances at the time of the surge. Could this be related? I am not sure where to go from here.
My water heater leaks and I need to replace it and I can’t seem to find one that will fit. I would like to find one that will fit in the 12 1/2″ by 21″ hole in the side of my camper.
in my basement, i see some of the water pipes go to the adjacent condominium. Some of the pipes from the water heater go to the condo adjacent to mine. And I believe the water supply is in my basement. Could it be? thanks for your expertise.
