Is An Ecowater Ews 3500 Water Softener Supposed To Have Water In Brine Tank?
I was about to add salt to my water softener and I noticed water in the brine tank. I never saw water in the tank before but I also never had the salt get this low before. The salt is below Level 2. Is that normal? I am afraid to add salt. Please let me know.. Thank you!
