Electric water heaters take about an hour to fill a bath, and that is a hell of a lot of electric. Why not settle for a shower cubicle and a shower tray. Cheaper for the tenants/ owners. (Electric shower that is)

A 100 gallon electric water heater will work for all the units or one huge custom shower.
